Have to remember that staying on track pays off! Here is my before and after. I was 170+ on the left an am currently about 150 (haven’t weighed myself in a bit)!

I remember when the picture in the left was taken I thought I looked skinny….😳
It’s not even a year between these photos. the left one was taken in autumn 2012 and the second one in may 2013. the magic i worked was eating clean, working out, drinking lots of water and trying to be happy with myself.
before/left: ~80kg - 176lbs
during/right: 67kg - 148lbs
height: 166cm - 5’5
it’s the same shirt & yeah i’m a freak, it’s a henry viii pop art print :) not the same pants though! the old ones don’t fit anymore! so far i’m pretty satisfied with my progress and i’m quite sure that i can reach my goal! it’s always nice to see how far i have come already and if i can do it, anyone can!

train like an olympian | do each exercise intensely for 30 seconds. move onto each move with little or no recovery time in between. once you’ve completed all the moves (4 minutes total) take a 60-90 second break and repeat set 2 to 3 more times.
